Tier7 Advisory is a governance-led real estate developmentadvisory firm licensed by the Department of Economic Development (DED) in theEmirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It describes who we are and the advisory services we offer,but it does not constitute an offer to provide services, and nothing on itcreates a binding agreement between you and us. All formal advisory engagementsare governed exclusively by a separate signed engagement letter, which sets outthe agreed scope, deliverables, fees, and terms. Until such an engagementletter is signed, we are under no obligation to provide services of any kind.

The Website is intended for business and professional users,including developers, landowners, family offices, joint-venture partners, andtheir representatives. By using it, you confirm that you are accessing it in aprofessional capacity and are authorised to do so.

4.3 Proprietary Materials and Attribution
The biography, professional credentials, and project referencesof Roula Sabouni, together with any frameworks, models, or methodologiesattributed to her or to us, are proprietary. They are provided for context andmay not be reproduced, adapted, or used for any commercial purpose without ourprior written consent.
